The full cast of the West End revival of Waiting for Godot has today been announced.

Joining the previously reported Lucian Msamati as Estragon and Ben Whishaw as Vladamir will be Tom Edden (Crazy for You), Luca Fone (Robin Hood), Dean Graham (Quiz), Alexander Joseph (A Christmas Carol), David Lee-Jones (the Seagull), Ellis Pang and Jonathan Slinger (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).

The play follows the story of Didi and Gogo who wait, impatiently, by a tree for the arrival of the ambiguous 'Godot'; exploring themes of timelessness and what it means to be human.

The play is set to be directed by James Macdonald who said: "One of the greatest and most radical plays ever written. Four extraordinary actors. A brilliant design for London’s oldest and most beautiful playhouse. For me this is all beyond exciting.”

Waiting for Godot runs at the Theatre Royal Haymarket (currently Farm Hall) from 13th Sept - 14th December 2024. Tickets start from £18 and are available here.
