Currently playing at Regents Park Open Air Theatre, Fiddler on the Roof have today announced they will be extending their run.

Originally set to close on September 21st, the production will now run until Sept 28th, adding an additional 8 performances to their calendar.

Fiddler on the Roof tells the story of the tiny village of Anatevka where Tevye, a Jewish milkman, lives his life by their proud traditions. For his five daughters, that means a visit from the matchmaker… But as each daughter challenges his beliefs, against the backdrop of a changing world, can Tevye hold on to his roots, or must he bend to the will of his children and learn to embrace the unfamiliar?

This production marks the final show of the season at Regents Park Open Air Theatre, extending into the final weeks available before the weather turns and outdoor theatre becomes less accessible.

Directed by Jordan Fein (Oklahoma at Young Vic), Fiddler on the Roof has received glowing reviews from critics. Have you managed to catch it yet? Why not leave a review on our site and let others know what you thought?
