Clueless A New Musical to Open in the West End

The brand-new production of Clueless A New Musical is set to open in the West End next year. The show will open at the Trafalgar Theatre on 15 February 2025.
The musical is based on the cult 90s film of the same name and features an original musical score by singer-songwriter KT Tunstall and lyrics by Glenn Slater (Sister Act, Tangled). The musical’s book is written by the film’s original screenwriter Amy Heckerling and will be directed by Rachel Kavanaugh (The Great British Bake-Off Musical).
Before it announced its West End transfer the new musical had a two-week try-out earlier this year at the Churchill Theatre Bromley. Based on Jane Austen’s Emma, Clueless follows the story of Cher Horowitz, a rich and popular high school student who enjoys meddling in the relationships of her peers and playing matchmaker but may not understand love as much as she thinks.
Clueless A New Musical opens at the Trafalgar Theatre on 15 February 2025 and is booking until 14 June 2025.
